Luminous green spiky caterpillar - Euclea delphinii Series #12

This is the twelve post on photo of tropical caterpillar (likely a Euclea delphinii) . The subject is a luminous and spiky green caterpillar. Look like a party animal, huh.

Luminous green caterpillar, not a bean bag

Luminous green caterpillar, look at all the spikes

Live at YouTube: Luminous green caterpillar.

This type of caterpillar will definitely cause skin allergies. The spikes are literally soaked with biochemical substance that can cause itchiness on your skin, when touched.

THose were some awesome caterpillar pics!!! Like do you need help identifying some of them? I think most are moth larvae though

I LOVE INSECT PHOTOGRAPHY and try it out every now and then, but your photographs make mine look like crayon drawings next to the Mona Lisa!

Nice images! It is a Limacodidae, however it isn't Euclea delphinii. Euclea is a US species and isn't known from Borneo... but there are 95 other species in this family in your region and I'm unsure if there are any larvae references for them!
