Tropical Orange Blister Beetle - Nemognatha

A tropical orange blister beetle (Nemognatha) perched on an orchid petal. This orange beetle in this photo have orange feelers. Some orange beetle in fact have black feelers.

Blister Beetle adults feed on leaves in the tops of a plant but are especially attracted to flowers where they feed on nectar and pollen.

What intriguing photos of insects you've taken here! I'm not a huge fan of being personal with bugs, but viewing them through your photography is perfect! Lets me admire them from a safe distance :P
